We were escaping the potential long winter lockdown for Covid in Melbourne. It was a rather stressful time.

Kristy was so understanding in accommodating our commencement date in line with when we were allowed to travel.

When we had a significant problem with the house Kristy arranged for it to be addressed and negotiated an adjustment to the rent in consideration to a fair balance for both the owners and us.

We have rented our property through L.J. Hooker Palm Beach for almost 20 years

on a long-term or holiday rental basis and have come to know many of the staff

members over the years. Kristy Frazer took over the responsibility for managing

our property in July 2019 when the rental changed to a long-term contract

which lasted 20 months following extensions that suited the renter during

COVID, and ourselves earlier this year.

During the rental period we found Kristy professional, friendly and diligent in all our

discussions with her and even when she was isolated at home during the Northern

Beaches COVID outbreak. Any problems that were raised by the tenant were dealt

with quickly and efficiently, and we were always consulted to confirm that the right

solution was found that suited both the owner and the tenant.

We have currently reclaimed the house for personal use however we look forward to

working with Kristy again later in the year when we will again be looking to rent out

our property as the summer season approaches.

Kristy is hands down the best property manager I've ever dealt with.
